I just came across a very interesting page showcasing 3 totally new cuts of beef that I have never heard of. Cool!

OMGOSH it looks delicious doesn't it?Tempted to try out Culotte myself, I started my search on where I could find Culotte in Singapore and to my horror i found these!!

They certainly don't look like beef and definitely ain't edible!!

The hunt goes on to find some butchery that do sell it but their online catalog all do not carry Culotte. Refusing to just give up, I made a call  to Swiss Butchery to confirm that there were no Culotte. I was informed that different cuts had different names in different countries. So culotte is also called Top Sirloin in US and Picanha in Brazil! Good news is that they do carry it! Can't wait to try this cut of beef!
