Eating the traditional Bak Kut Teh might be too much of a hassle and thus we opted for a more convenient way of eat it by ordering the Pork Tenderloin. The pork was tender and well marinated. The soup that accompanied the pork was good but wasn't impressive.
Braised Beancurd Skin -$3.50/5.50
Rating: 5.5/10
The beancurd skin were slighty chewy and not savoury enough but overall still decent.
Braised Pig's Trotters(Skinny)-$6/8
Rating: 8/10
You can choose between a skinny or fatty piece of braised pig's trotters. We opted for the skinny version and the meat was very tender and well braised. Easily the best dish of the night.
Overall Rating: 7/10
