Dawa Cocktail
Unless you’re moving to eastern Africa it is guaranteed that a Dawa Cocktail will be a brand new drink experience for your party guests. Dawa is Swahili for “medicine” and the locals in Nairobi believe that the drink has some serious healing powers.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
·   1 ¾ oz vodka
·   1 lime
·   2 bar spoons of brown sugar
·   Stir stick coated with honey


How to Prepare a Dawa Cocktail
  1. Place the lime and brown sugar in an old fashioned glass
  2. Crush the lime
  3. Add crushed ice
  4. Add vodka
  5. Add honey stick as garnish and serve

Bronx Martini
A classic cocktail that will give your housewarming party the feeling of class and sophistication.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
·   1 oz dry vermouth
·   1 oz gin
·   Juice from ¼ an orange
·   1 orange slice


How to Prepare a Bronx Martini

  3. Fill the glass with ice and cachaca

  2. Mix maple syrup and heavy cream
